本文探讨了欠发达地区师范高等专科学校英语专业毕业生就业中存在的潜在问题,分析了欠发达地区师范高等专科学校英语专业毕业生的强势和弱势,并就存在的问题提出了一些建议,旨在充分利用学生的优势,尽可能地避免学生的弱势,从而帮助学生更好地解决就业中存在的问题,扩大就业率。

This essay explores the potential problems existing in the students' finding jobs before graduation in advanced normal schools of developing districts, analyzes the strong and weak points of those students, and puts forward some suggestion, with the aim of taking good use of their strong points and avoiding the weak points, thus to help students solve the problems of finding jobs and enlarge channels of employment.
