天津市高校学生对参与"西部计划"具有较高的热情和积极性,但是由于各高校宣传力度、高校类别、城乡学生背景、信息了解程度等方面的不同,学生参与"西部计划"的态度、意愿显示出较大的差异。

It is higher enthusiastic for university students in Tianjin on parting development planning in the west of China in general,but their attitude or willingness to the participation shows the differences on the various factor,such as the propaganda of university,the students coming from urban and rural,types of university,information communication and so on.
