摘要
社区管理主体组织存在着许多问题。以社区为中心规定居民委员会、业主委员会和物业管理公司之间的关系,加强各组织建设是构建社区管理主体和谐关系的途径。
There are many problems about the subjects of community regulation.The patterns of subjective relation some academicians have put forward have deficiencies.The regulation should embay the relationship between the residents' committee,the owners' committee and realty management enterprise to build,and enforce every subject of community regulation,so that the harmonious relationship will shape.
