本文通过对社区管理专业建设和发展的背景进行分析,提出了社区管理专业教学改革的基本思路,即打破传统,开拓创新,建立全新的专业教学模式以适应社会和市场的需求。

The extension of the community management not merely limits in the traditional significance community interior supervisory work. It needs to complete each kind of community service to meet the community inhabitants. It is starting point of the community work, also is the center of constructing the harmonious community .This article analyzes the background of specialized construction and the development,proposed the basic mentality of the specialized educational reform of the community management. That is must break the tradition, develop innovation, establishes the brand-new specialized educational model to adapt social and the market demand.
