初探养老福利机构社工岗位的配置

A Probe into the Social Worker Position Allocation in Elderly Home Institutions

目前我国社会工作尚处于探索和发展阶段。本文通过对在养老福利机构加强社会工作人才队伍建设的必要性和可行性的论述,提出了在养老福利机构中社工岗位设置的原则以及岗位配置的设想。

Currently, our social work is still at the exploration and development phase. This paper presents the social work position allocation principles and the allocation ideas via an explanation on the necessity and availability of strengthening the team building of social workers at the elderly home institutions.
