本文从中西文化价值差异入手,分析了在西方社会工作理念、价值及社会工作手法在本土化过程中面临的挑战,分析了社会工作者由于不同的文化价值而导致的工作中的矛盾,同时提醒社会工作者保持对文化殖民的敏感,注重总结本土社会工作的经验。

The article about the social work focuses on the culture value difference between the Chinese and Western. As far as the writer is concerned, because the social workers have different work&&culture backgrouand ,the social work Concept, Value and Method will be confronted with a lot of challenges in the course of its localization .Therefore ,the writer gives us the warning which we must keep the sensitive whether it establish a cultural colony or not. Meanwhile ,the writer gives us advice that we also should summarize the practical experience without cease in our social work.
