社会转型期我国社会工作职业化的现实困境及应对策略

Study on the Plight and Strategies of the Professionalization of Social Work at Present

在社会工作大发展的背景下,客观认识当前我国社会工作职业化道路上的阻碍因素,探讨如何切实全面推进职业化是当前理论界和相关部门关注的热点问题。本文分析了社会文化、现有体制、教育制度以及社会公众态度对社会工作职业化可能造成的不利影响,并针对性地提出了若干建议。

Against the backdrop of growing social work prosperity, people concerned on the objective awareness of China's current social work professional obstacles on the road and how to promote the speed substantially generated some. The authors analyze the plight in the social culture, the existing system, educational system and the public attitude ,at last, propose some advices correspondingly.
