Single mother is becoming one of new vulnerable groups. To construct all-sided social support systems for single mothers, it not only needs helps from women's federation and civil affairs bureau, but also that we perfect social security systems and develop professional social work and community service, as well as exert social groups and non-governmental organizations' effect of congregating social resources.
