确立理念:组织学习的基础、起点和方向 被引量:2

摘要 本文认为,理念对组织的发展,尤其是对企业的发展具有根本性的影响。只有当一个组织将确立理念作为组织学习的基础、起点和方向,不失时机地把具有理念潜质的新思想,融汇贯通为能被每一个组织成员接受和认同的理念时,才能形成新的面向未来的组织结构、文化和精神面貌,掌握主动。
