摘要
虚拟参考咨询服务(VRS)是一项直接在网上面向读者提供的服务 ,通过对上海交通大学图书馆VRS开展情况的介绍 ,结合对读者VRS的调查统计和分析 。
Virtual reference service(VRS) is a network based virtual interactions. Based on a survey of users needs of VRS and the operation of Shanghai Jiaotong University Librarys VRS, this paper discussed the ways of how to improve the system at the management level.
