摘要
虚拟参考服务(VRS)是网络环境下参考服务发展的一种新形式 .在迅速变化与发展的信息时代 ,VRS已成为支持学习、促进知识探索与创新的一个非常重要的工具 .文中首先探讨了虚拟参考服务的内涵 ;然后 ,在简要论述虚拟参考服务的类型后 ,论述了虚拟参考服务未来的发展趋势 。
Virtual Reference Service(VRS) is a new form of reference service in network environment. In the fast developing age of information, VRS has been an important tool to sustain learning and promote knowledge innovation. The meaning of VRS was explained and the future trends of VRS were discussed. At last, some major problems in designing the future VRS were described.
