建设数字图书馆是进入信息化社会的必然趋势 ,但是在数字图书馆建设的过程中 ,涉及相当多的知识产权问题 .文中着重探讨图书馆如何在不侵犯作品知识产权的前提下 。

Digital library is an inevitable tendency as the development of the information society. However we will encounter many legal problems on intellectual property right protection during the course of digital library’s construction. This paper pays much attention to the balanceable way by which the library can serve readers better while not violating the intellectual property right of the works.
