摘要
针对焊接机器人难以同时获取焊缝和结构光清晰图像的问题,提出了单光谱多曝光机制和图像动态均质化补偿技术.首先设计了具有自适应曝光机制的视觉系统,获取单光谱多曝光的细节全覆盖图像.进而提出基于相机响应曲线的动态均质化补偿技术,把多个曝光图像合成为一幅清晰图像.最后对焊缝区域图像质量和清晰度进行评价分析,实验结果表明,该方法补偿了焊缝区域图像的动态范围,可获取焊缝区域清晰图像.
The welding robot is difficult to obtain the clear seam image and structured light.Thus,a multiexposure mechanism based on a single light spectrum and image dynamic homogenization compensation technologies are proposed.Firstly,a visual system with adaptive exposure mechanism is designed to obtain the full coverage image by employing the designed vision system with the single light spectrum.Then,a dynamic homogenizing compensation is realized by using camera's response curve.And the multiple exposure images are combined to form a clear image of the weld seam and the structured light.Finally,the image quality and definition of the image are evaluated.The experimental results show that the proposed method can not only compensate the dynamic range of the welding seam image,but also gain the clear image of the weld seam region.
