基于电弧电压的铝合金脉冲MIG焊过程监测及稳定性分析

摘要 针对铝合金脉冲MIG焊焊接过程中的稳定性问题,提出利用概率密度分布的分析方法,来获得不同焊接参数匹配下的电弧电压信号的特征值,利用感知器分类方法对所获得的特征值进行分析,得出电弧电压概率密度第一峰值与第二峰值的最佳参数匹配的判别公式.结果表明:电弧电压概率密度峰值的比值能反映焊接过程动态稳定性,可用来进行脉冲MIG焊接过程监测与焊接规范参数匹配分析. According to the assessment on stability of aluminum alloy pulse MIG welding,bring forward the analytical method based on probability density of voltage signal to obtain the characteristic value of voltage signal on different parameters.Analyze the characteristic value,based on the method of Perception classification,to obtain formula of voltage probability density peak ratio.The result shows that the voltage probability density peak ratio can monitor and analyze the stability of Aluminum alloy pulse MIG welding.
