摘要
采用6kW的连续光纤激光器,对304不锈钢和聚乙烯对苯二甲酸酯(PET)进行了搭接焊接试验.通过调节焊接速度,离焦量,激光功率等工艺参数,研究其对304不锈钢与PET焊接的影响.分析激光功率、焊接速度对焊接接头表面形貌的影响.当功率增加或速度减小时,造成PET焊接一侧的焊接区域增大,焊缝熔深也相应加深,并且焊接区域呈现不规则的矩形焊道.本文还对气泡的产生进行了实验和机理分析,结果表明是由于PET在焊接的过程热降解和部分气化原因造成的,均匀细小的气孔较粗大不规则分布的气孔所在接头强度高.优化焊接工艺参数后,焊接的强度达到PET母材61.4%.
Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)and 304 stainless steels were lap welded by 6kw continuous fiber lasers.The effect of welding parameters on the weldability of PET and 304 are researched by adjusting the welding speed,defocus,the laser power.The surface shaping affected by power and welding speed was also analyzed.When the welding power increased or speed decreased,the welding width and penetration at PET sider increase,and the welding shape show an irregular rectangle.The experiments and mechanism of bubbles formation in the joint was researched,the results showed that the joint with uniformly distributed fine bubbles has higher strength compare to that with uneven big size bubbles.The mechanism of the bubbles formation is that thermal degradation and partially vaporized of PET during laser welding.The tensile strength of the weld joint after parameter optimization is about 61.4% of PET's.
