摘要
生态变迁是自然活动与人类活动双重因素累积叠加的结果。历史时期西北生态变迁,人类活动则起了主导作用。而导致西北生态环境不断恶化的根本原因则在于以国家为本位军事型西北开发战略的选择,掠夺性的开发带来对土地的滥垦、水资源的过度开采与人地关系的高度紧张。西北生态变迁对地方经济的可持续发展以及国家的社会政治稳定产生了深远影响,值得警醒。
Ecological change has been a resultant of both natural changes and human activities.In Chinese history,eco- logical change and deterioration in Northwest China was mainly caused by the later,i.e.state's military-oriented devel- oping strategy,predatory overculivation of land and overexploitation of water resources and resulting intensive relationship of men and land.It is argued that the profound influences of ecological change in the Northwest on regional sustainable e- conomic development and national sociopolitical stability sound an Mann bell for us and remain to be discussed.
