知县蓝鼎元与乡村社会的教化——乡村“治世”的历史追溯

County Magistrate Lan Dingyuan and Cultivation in Rural Society:A Historical Trace of Rural "Governance"

学界对县官社会教化的研究较为薄弱,尤其在个案方面。文章从县官职责出发、结合时代背景,就言传身教、司法宣教、学校教育、绅耆的注重与妇女的教化四个方面,具体地探讨了知县蓝鼎元在乡村社会推行的教化实践,以增进人们对"县官传统乡村治理"的了解,尤其是古代"治世"的现代启示。

There is rarely research on country magistrate's social cultivation,especially in case study.This paper tries to do a case study of Lan Dingyuan,a county magistrate in the Qing Dynasty,to provide a general picture of'traditional ru- ral governace of a county magistrate'according to the duties of a local official from his practice of cultivation of rural people in terms of his teaching by personal example and verbal instruction,publicity and education of law,school educa- tion,gentry's emphasis as well as cultivation of women in the light of historical background in order to have a modern in- spiration from ancient'governance'.
