数字化作为信息技术革命的导因和发展的动力 ,引起人们愈来愈多的关注。本文围绕“数字化信息技术发展的新动力”这个问题 ,阐述了基于二值逻辑的数字化系统的基本方法及其知识系统的非智能化特征 ,证明了多值逻辑数字化系统的智能化特征 ,分析了多值逻辑在人工智能和量子计算机理论上的应用 ;并对数字化的哲学问题及数字化的意义提出了自己的看法 ,认为 ,数字化是信息时代的新阶段 ,它制约着全球化进程 。

As a source of the information technology revolution and a driving force of its development, digitization has received increasingly more attention. This article, by concentrating on the role of digitization in the development of information technology, expounds the basic methods of the digital system based on two-valued logic and the non-intellectual features of its knowledge system, bears out the intellectual features of the digital system with multi-valued logic, and analyzes the application of multi-valued logic to theories of artificial intelligence and quantum computers. The author also puts forward his views on philosophical questions involved in digitization and on the significance of digitization, and he firmly believes that digitization marks a new stage of information, that it regulates the process of globalization and drives forward human civilization.
