本文首先对客户关系管理、开放式基金营销中的不足做一简单论述,然后着重探讨开放式基金营销中如何进行客户关系管理。
The article first discusses the customer relationship management briefly. Then, it points out the shortages of open- ended fund's marketing. Finally it stresses on how to do the customer relationship management in the marketing process of open - ended fund.
