摘要
本文分析了国有商业银行面临的内部和外部挑战,并以某商业银行为例,分析了目前商业银行人力资源管理中的主要问题,在此基础上着重分析了如何从人力资源战略着手获取竞争优势,并对商业银行的薪酬战略作了探讨。
In this paper, the author first analyzes the internal and external environment of state owned commercial banks, then focus on the human resource management of commercial banks. Based on a case study of one state owned commercial bank, the author puts forward some suggestions for state owned commercial banks to gain competitive advantages through human resource management strategy especially compensation strategy.
