The commodities’ attribution of map is expounded in this paper. The main factors of stopping the development of map market function is analyzed and demonstrated concretely from the point of view of the basic character of market economy. The inquiry opinion of managing map market in the light of law under the condition of market economy is put forward from the organic relationship between market economy and legal economy.
