摘要 In a retrospective chart review study women taking selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors antidepressants were compared with a matched comparison group to determine whether there were any differences in IVF outcome related variables. There were no significant differences between the groups in peak E2, number of oocytes retrieved, number of oocytes fertilized, percentage of 8- cell or blastocysts developed, day of transfer, or initial hCG values; however, 40% of women taking selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors had ongoing pregnancies compared to 51% of women not taking selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
