A denosarcom a of the uterus has two components:a benign epithelial proliferation and a strom alsarcoma.The purpose of this work was to report the clinical aspects and thera- peutic modalities of an exceptional case of uterine adenosarcom a in a 15-year-old girl revealed by pelvic pain.Physical exam ination disclosed a polypoid form ation protruding through the hym enal orifice.H istology of the mass confirmed the diagnosis of adenosarcoma of the uterus.The patientunderwenthysterectom y and was given chem otherapy.This rare tum or (8% ofuterine sarcom as) generally requires hysterectom y.Prognosis is relatively favorable.
