摘要
本文介绍了国外废纸再生的现状和最新技术动态,提出在我国发展废纸再生业,是省资源、省能源和减轻环境污染的重要途径,是缓解我国造纸原料不足,解决纸张供需矛盾的投资少、见效快、经济效益高的好办法。
This paper presents the status and recent development of technologyin the field of waste paper utilization in foreign countries. The authorpoints out that developing waste paper industry is an important approa-ch to save resource and energy and to reduce environmental pollution.It is also a good method for mitigation of material shortage and fill ofgap between paper demand and supply with less investment, quick effectand high economic benefit.
