Deep dermatophytosis and nocardiosis are uncommon infections. This ar ticle de scribes a patient who was immunosuppressed with deep dermatophytosis caused by T richophyton rubrum and concurrent disseminated nocardiosis. The infections occur red 16 years after the patient underwent renal transplantation, and may have bee n related to tacrolimus therapy.
