Spitz nevus is a benign melnocytic lesion with many histologic similarities to malignant melanoma. To our knowledge, a Spitz nevus with multiple satellite lesions has not been reported. This paperreports a case of Spitz nevus with multiple satellite lesions on the abdomen of a 19- year-old Korean woman.
