摘要
2011版新课标即将在今秋实施,各地新版课标培训如火如荼。但目前的课程培训方式单一,且存在三个缺失:研究教育现状视角狭窄,培训缺少现实针对性;研究教师现状只看表面,培训缺少情感互动性;研究学生现状关注应然,培训缺少社会现实性。故许多教师感到培训收获甚少,不能学以致用。要改变这样的现状,就必须努力做到三点:把培训的文章写在学校,把培训的主体交给教师,把培训的眼光对准学生。只有这样,教师才会真正喜欢课程培训,让培训收到切实的效果。
The 2011 version of the new curriculum syllabus will be implemented in the coming autumn,so the related training of middle school teachers is in full swing.However,there is too much to be desired in the current training methods.To be exact,three deficiencies remain to be improved:lack of practical relevance because of narrow perspective in researching the current education;lack of emotional interaction because of skin-deep research in current teachers;divorcing from social reality because of failing to attach importance to their overall development in researching current students.As a consequence,many teachers feel little harvest and find it hard to apply what they have learned into their teaching practice.To achieve more effective training,we must strive to concentrate on the following three aspects:training should be combined with the current situation of different schools;full play should be given to the trained teachers in the training process;the vision of training should be aimed at the students.Only in this way,will teachers willingly involve themselves in the training so as to effectively carry out the new curriculum syllabus in their future teaching practice.
