女性主义诠释学与圣经研究

本文认为,生长在父权制土地上的圣经充满了男性形象与语言。数世纪以来,释经者在父权化圣经的支持下阐释神学,塑造教会及学术机构,强化男女性别定位、行为和角色等,致使圣经与性别主义、信仰与文化等紧密相关。女性主义的出现向父权化圣经发起了挑战,由此生发出对文本和诠释者的崭新理解。作者在本文中考量了女性主义诠释学家诠释圣经的三条进路。首先,她们要审视圣经中歧视妇女的个案,探索古代以色列女子的自卑、顺服和遭受凌辱;其次,她们通过突出强调被忽视的文本、重新诠释熟悉的文本,从圣经中辨识出对父权制的批判;第三条进路是重述圣经中的恐怖故事,站在女人的立场上诠释这些故事,以此挑战圣经中的父权制。作者认为,这些进路虽然错综纠结,但是它们接受了多样化的方法与学科,从而增进并深化了对过去和现实的理解。

The Bible,born and bred in a land of patriarchy,abounds in male imagery and language.For centuries,interpreters have explored and exploited this male language to articulate theology;to shape the church, synagogue and academy;and to instinct human beings. However,challenges have come in the name of feminist within the past decade,which yields new understandings of both text and interpreter.The author has surveyed three feminist approaches to the study of women in Scripture.The first one examines the cases against women in the Bible,and explores the inferiority,subordination and abuse of women in ancient IsraeI(?) the second discerns within Scripture a critique of patriarchy by highlighting neglected texts and reinterpreting familiar ones.The third retells the stories of terror about women.The author contends that,although these approaches are intertwined,they embrace a variety of methodologies and disciplines,which have had the understanding of the present and the past increased and deepened.
