摘要
我们报道的这例新生儿范可尼贫血病例,其患有先天性血小板减少症,并且在新生儿期发展成全血细胞减少症。这例男婴没有范可尼贫血的畸形特征。
We report the case of a newborn infantwith Fanconi anemia with congenital thrombocytopeniaand development of pan-cytopenia during the neonatal period. The boy showed no malformations characteristic for Fanconi anemia.
