糖尿病合并高血压的降压治疗进展及分子机制
摘要
糖尿病和高血压是两种独立的慢性疾病,但常存在个体聚集性,且具有共同的病理机制——胰岛素抵抗。最近的一项大型的、前瞻性的研究显示,在12 550名成年人中,高血压患者中合并Ⅱ型糖尿病是血压正常人的2.5倍。许多糖尿病患者常常同时合并高血压,并且明显增加心脑血管疾病的发病率和死亡率。近年来,
