树突状细胞瘤苗在恶性血液病中的应用

0 引言 树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)是迄今为止发现的功能最强大的专职抗原递呈细胞,其刺激T淋巴细胞尤其是细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)产生免疫应答的能力较其他抗原递呈细胞强100～1 000倍,它虽在组织中含量极低,约为所在器官全部细胞的 1％以下,但其在体内分布广泛,在非淋巴组织、淋巴器官。
