表面麻醉下白内障超声乳化术临床观察

Clinical Observation of Cataract Phacoemulsification by Surface Anesthesia

目的 介绍表面麻醉在超声乳化白内障摘除术中安全有效的应用。方法 我院在两月之内对127例(156只眼)的白内障患者实施超声乳化手术时采用此法。结果 患者的痛苦和术后并发症大为降低,手术成功率提高。结论 表面麻醉与球后麻醉相比,更加安全有效,可在phaco中很好应用,值得推广。

[OBJECTIVE] To recommend the safety and efficacy of surface anesthesia used in phacoemulsification surgery to treat cataract. METHOD: There were 127 cataract patients (156 eyes ) operated by this therapy in two months in our hospital. RESULTS: The pains and postoperative complications of these patients treated by this therapy was reduced remarkably. The efficacy in the operation was rised. CONCLUSIONS: The safety and efficacy of surface anesthesia were better than retrobulbar anesthesia. This therapy can be used in phacoemulsification perfectly and worth to spread.
