摘要
目的 建立乳增康舒胶囊中芍药甙的含量测定方法。方法 高效液相色谱法,采用Kromasil C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)不锈钢色谱柱,乙睛-水[其中φ(乙睛)=12%,φ(水)=88%]为流动相,检测波长为230nm。结果 线性范围为0.5862~2.9310μg,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。结论 本法分离效果好,专属性强,操作简便、准确,可用于乳增康舒胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in RuZengKangShu capsules. Method HPLC was performed to determine content of paeoniflorin, Column Kromosil C18(4.6mm×200mm, 5μm), Mobile phase: acetonitrile - water[ψ(acetonitrile)=12%, ψ(water)=88%], detection wavelength: 230nm. Results A linearity was obtained from 0. 5862~2.93101xg, r=0.9999(n=5), and average recovery was 100.7%, RSD 1.8%(n=6). Conclusion This method was simple and accurate, and available for the quality control of Ru Zeng Kang Shu capsules.
