脂肪乳药物制剂的研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 0 引言 脂肪乳(lipid emulsion or fat emulsion)是近年来发展较快的药物新剂型,具有很高的临床和经济价值。脂肪乳是以植物油(主要成分为脂肪酸甘油三酯)、磷脂乳化剂、等渗剂和注射用水制成的稳定的水包油型(O／W)乳剂,可供静脉注射,能完全被机体代谢和利用。脂肪乳的安全性好,对静脉无刺激。
