目的讨论各种手术方法的优缺点及其适应证。方法应用全乳腺组织切除的广泛下蒂真皮组织瓣法,保留部分乳腺组织的下蒂真皮乳腺组织瓣法,无垂直瘢痕的下蒂组织瓣法,以及双环法行各类巨乳缩小整形术。结果共为94例巨乳症行缩乳术,均取得良好效果,外观满意,乳头感觉恢复良好。结论各种方法均有其优点和不足,不同的患者应选用不同的手术方法。

Objective Discussion virtues and shortcomings and clinical applications in various kinds of operation method. Method To perform reduction mammaplasty in 94 cases of hypertrophic breast applicat with methods of reserve extensive infra - pedicel corium tissue flap and resect omni - mammary gland constitution, and of reserve infra - pedicel corium mammary gland tissue flap and resect part of mammary gland constitution, and of reserve infra - pedicel tissue flap without vertical scars, and of periareola concentric double - ring incisions. Result The technique has been used in 94 cases of slight or moderate hypertrophic breast and gained satisfactory results, maintaining nice configuration and good function. Conclusion Every method has its virtues and shortcomings, different patient ought to use the corresponding operation.
