摘要
目的 检测扩张型心肌病患者红细胞免疫功能的变化及其与硒关系,探讨扩张型心肌病的发病机制。方法 测定56例扩张性心肌病患者、50例健康对照者的红细胞免疫粘附功能及血浆循环免疫复合物、红细胞硒浓度,并进行分析。结果 扩张型心肌病患者红细胞C3b受体花环率、红细胞硒浓度明显降低,而红细胞免疫复合物花环率、血浆循环免疫复合物浓度明显升高,红细胞免疫功能的改变与硒含量相关。结论 扩张型心肌病患者存在红细胞免疫功能低下及低硒状态,缺硒及细胞脂质过氧化可能为其红细胞免疫功能状态低下的原因之一。
Objective To evaluate the changes of red cell immune function and its relation to selenium in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy, and to investigate the mechanism of dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods The red blood cell C3b receptor rosette (RBC - C3bRR) and immune complex rosette (RBC-ICR), circling immune complex (CIC) contents of plasma, and erythrocyte selenium concentrations were determined in 56 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and 50 cases of normal controls. Results The RBC-C3bRR, erythrocyte selenium concentrations were lower, but RBC- ICR and CIC contents of plasma were higher in patients with DCM than those in normal controls (P<0. 01). Conclusion The red cell immune function and the selenium status were lower in patients with DCM.
