We retrospectively studied the coronary arteriograms of 82 consecutive patient s who underwent planned surgical repair of an ascending aorta aneurysm and an ag e-matched control group of 92 consecutive patients who underwent coronary angio graphy during the same time period. The present study examines the incidence of coronary artery ectasia in patients with aneurysms of the ascending aorta.
