摘要
建立了基于城市片区路网规划方案TransCAD流量分配结论的一级模糊综合评价指标,提出应用灰色关联度法进行城市片区路网规划方案评价的具体步骤,并结合某市东部副中心片区路网规划方案TransCAD流量分配实例,建立了适用于片区路网评价的评价模型和算法。
The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation indexes were built,based on TransCAD flux assignment of roadnet planning of urban areas; specific steps of roadnet planning evaluation in urban areas were constructed,by utilizing the method of gray correlation ; models and algorithm suitable for roadnet evaluation were created,based on the real TransCAD flux distribution of roadnet planning in the sub-downtown of eastern city X.
