On the Education of Management

管理是生产的第四要素。管理教育是提高管理水平的重要举措，也是西方国家提高管理水平的成功经验。文章论述了我国管理教育的现状、成绩和不足，并尝试提出了若干相应对策。

Management is the fourth main factor of production. The education of management is an important way to improve the level of management, which has been proved by many western countries′ successful experience. This article discusses the present situation, the achievements and the weakness of the management education in China and gives some countermeasures.
