摘要
大学英语教学中提倡以输出为目标的英语教学法，以能说会写为教学目的，促使学生多读多听，进而全面提高学生的英语水平，不仅有充分的理论依据，更有紧迫的现实意义。
College English teaching should aim at language output, students should speak and write, which requires the students to read more and listen more. This method is based on theory and has some practical and immediate significance.
