摘要
从文化的视角探讨了高等教育改革的障碍 ,提出重构高等教育的文化生命机制这一重要课题。
This paper discusses the obstacles of the higher education reforms from the angle of culture, and produces the subject of the reconstruction of higher education culture mechanism.
