摘要
效率优先、兼顾公平是同市场经济体制相适应的我国社会主义初级阶段收入分配体制中的两个重要原则。弄清效率与公平的含义、效率与公平的不同适用范围和条件 。
Efficiency priority and being fair are the two important principals in the income distribution system in the primary period of our socialism which meet the market economy system. To know where and how to use and make clear the meanings of efficiency and fair will help to handle the relationship between them.
