摘要
入世后,为了更好地走出去,政府必须调整政策,以有利于企业的出口竞争力为原则调整关税结构;灵活运用非关税壁垒措施;积极参与WTO规则的制定等。企业要增强反倾销意识;加强"反倾销"调查;选择适当的"走出去"方式等。
After the entry of WTO, government has to adjust the policy and the tariff structure to benefit the competitiveness of the export enterprises. We should use non-tariff barrier flexibly, participate in the drawing up of WTO regulations. The enterprises should strengthen the awareness of anti-dumping and enforce the investigation of anti-dumping and choose the proper ways of going out into the world.
