摘要
人本主义心理学的核心是以人为本,体现在教学理论上,便是"以学生为中心",提倡意义学习和自我评价,鼓励学生自己教育自己;认为在教学活动中,教师的作用在于为学生提供学习资源,创设良好的心理氛围,促进学生学会学习;其教育目标是培养学生学会学习,进而达到自我实现。这些教育思想对于我们今天的教育工作具有重要的现实价值。
The core of humanistic psychology is humanism. In teaching theory it is studentcentered, it advocates the significance learning and self-evaluation, and encourages the students to educate themselves. It thinks that in the teaching practice, the role of the teachers is to provide resources for students, creates a better mental atmosphere and promotes the students to learn. The aim is to train the students to learn to lean, and achieve the selfactualization. All these have greatly realistic value.
