Strengthening Cultivating the Students’ Professional quality in Higher Vocational Colleges to Enhance Employment of the Graduates

如今大多数高职院校就业率在稳步增长,但就业的质量并没有同步提升,原因之一就是高职毕业生的职业素养缺失。因此,高职院校在培养学生职业能力的同时,应该着重培养学生的职业素养,从而提升高职毕业生就业质量。

Nowaday the rate of graduates’ employment in most higher vocational colleges goes up gradually, but employment quality is not improved correspondingly.Thus colleges should pay more attention to cultivation of the students’ professional quality so as to enhance employment quality than the students’ professional ability.
