人的学习与成长过程就是一个智力与非智力因素交互作用的过程,其中非智力因素起重要作用。部分高职高专学生由于学习基础差,面对严峻的就业形势,自信心不足,导致存在悲观消极的心理。?本文将从兴趣和动机、情感、意志、性格等方面来探讨如何在高职高专公共英语教学中,培养学生的非智力因素,使他们成为具有健全人格和强烈社会责任感的人。

Learning and growth for one are an interaction course between intelligent and non - intelligent factors in which non - intelligent factors play an important role.Faced with a tough job market some polytechnic students lose their confidence and abandon themselves to despair because of their poor grades.From the aspects of interest and motivation,emotion,volition and character,this paper discusses how to develop the students’non -intelligent factors so as to make them develop healthy personality with a strong sense of social responsibility.
