我国高校招生经过不断改革和完善,已初步建立了符合国情的基本制度和运做方式,高校招生要适应经济社会发展与教育发展的规律,需要落实科学发展观。本文以高等教育转型时期高校招生的改革进程为背景,将湖北省高校招生录取工作作为参考,从建设法制化、建立多元化和完善服务化招生录取管理体系三个方面进行思考,分析高等学校招生录取工作的制度化、科学化和正常化的途径。

Through continual improvement,a basic enrollment system and performance with China’ s own characteristics are gradually coming into being in colleges and universities so that they can accord with the Scientific Development View and engage with the country’ s social and economic development and with educational laws.In the light of the enrollment situations of colleges and universities in Hubei province under the background of the country’s enrollment transformation,the paper discusses how to build a lawful,multiple - way and perfect - service enrollment system.The ultimate goal is to make the enrollment go normally,conventionally and scientifically.
