摘要
目的:探讨富氧室在高原军事医学中的应用价值。方法:在海拔3700m高原室内充氧,使氧浓度提高到24.0%~25.0%。10名受试者在富氧室睡眠12h,检测富氧前,富氧2h、11h及富氧后2h静息状态下和运动中的脉搏氧饱和度(SaO2)和心率。结果:入富氧室2h和11hSaO2增高,心率降低(P<0.01)。脱离富氧后2h,SaO2已接近富氧前水平。富氧后踏车运动中平均SaO2较富氧前增高,平均心率降低(P>0.05)。结论:富氧环境下12h对改善高原缺氧和机体能量储备有一定作用。
<Abstrcat>Objective:To investigate the application value of oxygen-enriched room in the military medicine of plateau by finding out its effect on human blood oxygen saturation (SaO2) and heart rate (HR).Methods:10 volunteers lived at 3 700 m altitude were assigned to stay for 12 h in the room in which the oxygen concentration was raised to 24.0-25.0%.The SaO2 and HR were examined at the following time:before entering the room,2 h and 11 h after staying in the room,2 h after leaving the room for rest and 2 h after leaving the room for pedaling the EGM efficiency-bicycle.Results:SaO2 was raised and HR was lowered after the volunteers stayed in the room for 2 h and 11 h (P<0.01).However,the increased SaO2 recovered to the previous level after 2 h .Pedaling the EGM efficiency-bicycle after leaving the room lowered HR and raised SaO2 to a level higher than that before oxygen-enrichment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Staying in oxygen-enriched environment for 12 h can help to improve the bodily hypoxia and energy storage.
