摘要
目的:在综合拇外翻矫正手术多种方法的基础上,探讨以第一跖骨头切除为主治疗拇外翻手术的可行性及对下肢负重的影响。方法:将拇趾跖骨头关节面下0.5~0.8cm内截骨,通过外侧关节囊切除拇内收肌腱,形成跖趾关节假关节,矫正拇外翻畸形。结果:手术显露简单、清楚、周围软组织损伤小,不需克氏针石膏固定,术后恢复快,下地行走早,对拇趾负重没有影响。结论:跖骨头切除综合术式治疗拇外翻是可行的,对负重没有影响。
<Abstrcat>Objective:To explore the feasibility of the use of comprehensive technique that mainly resecting the first metatarsal head to treat hallux valgus and it's effect on lower limb loading.Methods:Remove the first metatarsal head 0.5 cm to 0.8cm proximal to its articular surface, cut off the adductor hallucis tendon to form a pseudarthrosis of the metatarophalangeal joint, and then correct the deformity of hallux valgus.Results:The operation was simple with little harm to the adjacent soft tissue, kirschne's needles and casting fixation were not required. Patients recovered quickly and loaded early after operation. Conclusion: The comprehensive technique of resecting the first metatarsal head is feasible for hallux valgus and has no effect on the loading of hallux toe.
