摘要
目的:建立测定复方环丙沙星栓的双波长系数倍率法和一元线性回归法。方法:应用两种方法原理,在紫外分光光度上确定最佳波长对和比例系数K值,建立工作曲线。结果:两种方法可对样品不需分离,直接测定环丙沙星和甲硝唑含量,经统计学处理,无显著差异。两种方法测得环丙沙星和甲硝唑含量的平均回收率为:(99.33±0.77)%、(100.63±0.48)%和(98.74±0.82)%、(100.43±0.61)%。结论:两种测定方法可行、简单、快速、准确。
<Abstrcat>Objective:Compound ciprofloxacin suppositories were determined by dualwavelength Kratio and linear regression UVspectrophotometry.Methods:Wavelength pair and ratio K were determined by the principle and the standard curves were set up.Results:Ciprofloxacin and metronidazole in the suppositories were simultaneously determined without separation.The two methods had no marked difference by statistics,the average recoveries of ciprofloxacin and metronidazole were (99.33±0.77)%, (100.63±0.48)% and (98.74±0.82)%, (100.43±0.61)%,respectively.Conclusion:The two methods are available,simple, rapid and accurate.
